Professor Griffith is a member of the American Law Institute and author of many law journal articles on immigration law and consumer protection law. He teaches Commercial Paper, Consumer Law, and Immigration Law, and has taught Law and Psychiatry. |
Professor Shepherd teaches Contracts, Professional Responsibility, Health Law and Policy, Bioethics and the Law, and topics related to health care delivery and patients' rights. She has recently published a co-authored casebook in Bioethics and the Law with Aspen Publishers and has published and presented numerous articles related to the law of end-of-life decision-making.
