Dr. Lick, a former President of Georgia Southern University, University of Maine, and Florida State University and presently University Professor and Associate Director of the Learning Systems Institute at Florida State University, teaches in the Department of Educational Leadership and works on educational (K-12 and Higher Education) and organizational projects involving transformational leadership, change creation (leading and managing change), learning organizations, distance and distributed learning, new learning systems, strategic planning, and visioning.

Dr. Milligan's research explores the challenges posed by religious tensions in the educational systems of multicultural, religiously diverse communities in the U.S. and Southeast Asia. | |
Dr. Sampson writes and speaks on the appropriate use of computer technology in counseling and on the use of cognitive strategies in the improvement of career counseling and guidance services. |
